Check out her Bollywood Dance Workout also - I actually marginally prefer that one. The setting, music and the three female dancers as well as the broader spectrum of exercises - including a segment on pelvic floor exercises especially important for women, makes it a good addition to this DVD. I particularly like the option of turning off the instructions after the first few viewings which is present on both DVDs. This DVD is wonderful and I am glad I own it. I have sent copies to female friends and family also.
