I loved this video! I completely forgot I was working out I was having so much fun! Also Maks is gorgeous, so watching him dance and swivel his hips wasn't too difficult for me either. ;)
It's also not too high impact. So you can do it without collapsing at the end.
But, the bad part is some of the steps do go a little too fast without much explanation. But, I honestly feel I got a good workout despite not knowing ALL of the steps.
It was a very fun video and I recommend it to anyone that loves to dance, beginners or experts.
