The cardio is awesome AND fun yet effective [2 pounds per week dropping baby!]. The cueing is pretty good and it really leaves you sweating like crazy. You'll feel awesome after it though. The moves are basic but real fun. The toning section consisted of the lower body, upper body, and abs segments. I thuoght the exercises were effective but i just wish they included more reps to really feel it. THe tricep work will leave you dying though because it's so tough! Leg work consists of lunges and squats. Arms work consists of bicep, deltoids, backshoulders, and triceps. The ab work was good but i wish they had more of a variety. but overall, i loved the workout tape and i'm doing it every other day everyweek. Michelle and Tracy are AWESOME instructors and i can't wait until they come out with another tape like this! Reader Reviews Pros: I love this video and I can't wait until I can do the cardio section straight through without having to stop to take a break. I like the fact that it has a cardio section and a toning section. Con: It's really high impact and definitely not for a beginner.
