This one is pretty good, but you have to have patience in the beginning. I thought it was slow and way too easy in the beginning, but then he picks it up and it gets harder. It's kind of like he eases you into it so you get used to it, then he lays it on you and make you work to get through it. I like this one on alternating days from weights.
