If you're prone to throwing things when angry, put some kind of shield in front of breakable objects before you insert the DVD. If your goal is to find the most annoying fitness video out there, this package has five of them, so it's a great bargain. If you're interested in finding a workout plan that you can stick to, that's easy to follow and low on mental torment, try something else. ANYTHING else.
