I love this new updated version with the extra hip openers. They've added two of my favorites: Kundalini Squatting Crow Pose and Butterfly Stretching Pose. Also, the new matrix option is great. You can customize your workout without ever having to touch the remote! I teach pilates and belly dance but since I discovered the Ana & Ravi workouts - Kundalini Yoga is all I want to do! So much fun! And, I am in awe of their teaching. I learn so much from the way they make a workout flow effortlessly.I love the way they tell you what each exercise is doing for you and also how they know just when you need that extra bit of encouragement to spur you on. This has energy warm-ups, then a great hip-release set that hits all my tight spots. I notice as a belly dance instructor that most of us have some pretty tense hips! This set releases the key areas for hip flexibility. The use of the breath of fire combined with the stretches is genious! I am teaching BOF to my dancers - they love it! There is some excellent ab work as well (you may be sore the next day) and then some sets for moods. I love the part where Ana is laughing. I find her laugh makes me laugh. The flow of the workouts are excellent. There are at least 20 workouts you can program with the matrix option. Even I could figure out how to use it. As with all the Ana & Ravi DVD's i own (I hope to eventually own them all) this workout is fun and upbeat. Ana always looks so happy - makes me happy to watch her!
